NGrid Labs. Email: destek@fablenights.com. This notice covers fablenights.com, the Fable Nights web app and the mobile apps, and is provided under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data we process
Identity and contact: name, email address; for Google or Apple sign-in, the account ID and email those providers share. Child profile: the name, age, interests and reading level a parent enters. Content: the worlds, characters, story texts, images and audio you create. Voice recording: the sample you upload for narration in your own voice and the voice model created from it. Security: device ID and name, app version, push token, IP address, session and error logs. Payments: subscription status, purchase and invoice records. Payments are made through the App Store or Google Play; card details never reach us. Contact: the name, email and message you send through the contact form.
Purposes and legal bases
Opening your account, generating stories and audio, managing subscriptions and credits, issuing invoices and providing support: performance of a contract. Keeping invoice and accounting records: legal obligation. Account security, preventing free-trial abuse and error tracking: legitimate interest. Processing your voice sample and transferring content to AI providers abroad: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
Google (Gemini): story text and image generation. ElevenLabs: narration and voice models for your own voice. OpenAI: numerical representations (embeddings) of story summaries to keep stories consistent. Cloudflare: hosting, media storage, email delivery and bot checks (Turnstile). Sentry: error monitoring. Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) and RevenueCat: in-app subscription and credit purchases. Expo: delivering mobile notifications. These providers may store data outside Turkey. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Retention
We keep data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your sessions end immediately and your email and password are removed; remaining data and your ElevenLabs voice models are permanently deleted within 30 days. Invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. To avoid granting the free trial to the same person twice, a one-way hash of your email address and device ID is kept after deletion; it cannot be turned back into your email or device.
Your rights
You can ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or deletion, learn who receives it, object to automated decisions and claim compensation. Write to destek@fablenights.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also export your data and delete your account in the app.
