Summary
Fable Nights lets parents create personalised stories for their children. A parent opens and manages the account. We only ask for what we need to personalise stories, never sell your data or use it for ads, and send content to AI providers only to generate it.

Children
The service is for parents and legal guardians over 18. Children cannot open accounts; child mode runs inside the parent account. Child profile details are entered, corrected and deleted by the parent. You never need to upload your child’s voice or photo.
Voice recordings
The sample you upload for your-own-voice narration is sent to ElevenLabs to build a voice model used only for stories in your account. Only upload someone else’s voice with their explicit permission. A voice you remove in the app is no longer used; its model is deleted from ElevenLabs when your account is permanently deleted. Write to destek@fablenights.com to have it deleted sooner.
AI
Story texts and images are generated with Google Gemini and audio with ElevenLabs. We do not share your content with them for model training; they process it under their business API terms.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and passwords are stored as one-way hashes. On the web, the session key lives in a cookie JavaScript cannot read. Access is limited to people who need it to run the service.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date and announce significant changes in the app and by email.
