How to delete your Fable Nights account
This page applies to the Fable Nights mobile app (Google Play and App Store) and the fablenights.com web app. You can delete your account and data in three ways: 1. In the mobile app: Settings > Delete account, then confirm in the dialog. 2. On the web: sign in with the same account at fablenights.com/en/app/ayarlar then type the requested word in the "Delete account" section at the bottom and confirm. 3. If you can’t access the app: email destek@fablenights.com from your account’s email address with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying it’s you, we delete the account within 30 days.
Deleted immediately
Once you confirm, all sessions are signed out and your email address, password and Google/Apple sign-in links are removed; the account can no longer be accessed.
Permanently deleted within 30 days
Your parent profile, child profiles, worlds, characters, story texts, images and audio, the voice samples you uploaded and your ElevenLabs voice models, and device and notification records.
What we keep
Invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax law. To avoid granting the free trial to the same person twice, a one-way hash of your email address and device ID is kept; it cannot be turned back into your email or device.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store’s subscription settings to stop being charged.
Deleting data without deleting the account
To keep your account, you can delete stories, worlds, child profiles and voice recordings one by one in the app. For other requests, such as removing your voice model from ElevenLabs right away, write to destek@fablenights.com. Before deleting, you can export your data from the Settings page of the web app.
