Parties
These Terms are between NGrid Labs, which provides Fable Nights (“Fable Nights”), and the user who opens a Fable Nights account. By opening an account you accept them. Company details: NGrid Labs. Email: destek@fablenights.com.
Service
Fable Nights is a digital service that uses AI to create personalised stories, images and narration from details parents provide, via the website, web app and mobile apps.
Account
Only a parent or legal guardian over 18 may open an account. You are responsible for accurate details and for your account’s security. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
AI content
Stories are generated by AI and may contain mistakes or unexpected wording. We apply age-appropriate safeguards; you can read every story first or enable approval mode. Generated content is not medical, psychological or educational advice.
Acceptable use
Do not upload someone else’s voice without permission, try to create unlawful, hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise unsuitable content for children, overload the service with automated tools, reverse engineer it, or access other accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Purchases
The free plan includes a limited number of stories. Subscriptions and credit packs are sold only in the mobile app, through the App Store or Google Play; the store collects the payment and the purchase is subject to its terms. The website takes no payments. What you buy is valid wherever you sign in with the same account (phone and web). Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its own policy: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, your order history for Google Play. If you paid but your subscription or credits didn’t arrive, write to destek@fablenights.com.
Credits
Credits cover generations beyond your plan limits and are only deducted when a generation succeeds. Unused credits don’t expire, can’t be transferred and aren’t redeemable for cash.
Intellectual property
Rights in the app, design, brand and software belong to Fable Nights. You may freely use and share the stories you create for personal and family purposes. You keep the rights to what you enter and give us only the licence needed to provide the service.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the service available and correct. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by outages at third-party providers. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and termination
We will notify you in the app and by email when these terms change; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms. You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over consumer disputes.
